From slower approval processes to misplaced cost-cutting initiatives, the absence of such a system may result in increased expenses and inefficiency. Through request for proposal software and a better procurement system, businesses can automate their procurement process, optimize their relationship with suppliers, and ensure they stay competitive. As the economy in this changing economy becomes increasingly competitive, businesses that do not utilize such technologies stand to be rendered obsolete.
